She elevated our whole experience with her customer service. She was also on point with helping me find my signiture scent. It was a brief interaction but she honestly put the Aura in Sephora. Maybe should hire somebody better for customer service 09/12/25 don’t even want to give a one star and employee just stood there and talked about their business like no customer there .

She was attentive, kind, and made my mom (who was visiting from out of town) feel so welcomed and cared for. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely helpful and passionate about what they do.
