    The staff was really nice and accommodating. I think the special they have going on right now is amazing for us parents!

    I took my 9 year old daughter to get bangs. Frank, who clipped his scissors 4 times on my daughter’s hair, charged us $40 dollars. I was in shock, as it’s clearly posted that kids haircuts are $20. The prices are not listed correctly on the JC Penney salon website. When I raised my concern, they tried telling me that he’s a master stylist. I wish this was communicated to me prior. What a joke!

    I love how La Nita was so welcoming to me and my daughter. She has the sweetest personality and she is awesome at doing hair. I couldnt be more satisfied.
