- MDMommy DearJan 9, 20261.0The manager didn’t accept my DL because I put my alias instead of my name on DL. However, my student cards have both the same names and I showed it to her. When I opened my account she accepted it even though my name in the system is my alias. I showed her my class ID and it was fine, maybe because I was opening an account. I tried to buy again but this time she didn’t want to accept it. I wonder if she only accepted it the first time because she can get points or compensation when customers open accounts.

- NDN DAug 28, 20242.0I am so confused. First, the employee was nice by seeing if any new shipments came in and looking for a product in the back for me. She ended up finding what I was looking for which was appreciated. However, as I was checking out she asked if I needed a bag. I said “yes” but without telling me she charged me $1.25 for a reusable bag that says “salon centric” on it! Why didn’t she tell me how much the bag was going to be? Very upsetting. Also, why am I paying $1.25 to help advertise for a company? That is ridiculous.

Wide selection but I didn't see it, so I asked the two workers who were just talking behind the register. They both just looked at me and one said "no..." but didn't ask about the product or offer a replacement. Couldn't care less that I was there.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
