- VPVeronica PreciadoFeb 28, 20211.0Worst Salon Centric experience. The girl working there with tattoos on her arms had such a sour look on her face the entire time when she rang me out. Barely got a hello out of her and had a weird attitude problem that someone like her should not be working at a store with the public. I understand people have bad days but if you’re not going to be friendly while you do your job then I suggest you stay home. Didn’t catch her name but I will not be returning to this location.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
