  Went to lush today was on the hunt for some bath bombs! The employee Janeva was very nice and friendly and helped me out a lot today . Thank you will be coming back again ! Overall great atmosphere !

  I hosted my daughter’s 8th birthday here and it was a great experience! Ronita and Nix were the ones who lead the party and they had amazing energy and worked great with the girls. There’s different packages depending on what you want and i felt like they were priced well. I definitely recommend having a birthday party or any type of party here it’s very interactive and there’s a nice goodie bag they get to bring home!

  I went to the Lush at Irvine Spectrum to just look but I ended up finding some of my new favorite products thanks to the help of Janeva. She was extremely helpful and friendly and I will definitely be back to repurchase!

  My wife, daughter, and I visited the Lush store in Irvine, and we had an amazing experience. As soon as we walked in, Janeva warmly welcomed us and made us feel right at home. She took the time to help my daughter try one of the bath products and showed her how to wash her hands with one of the soap products, which my daughter absolutely loved. Janeva was incredibly patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. She walked us through the different bar soaps and explained the various products available in the store. What stood out most was how engaging she was with our daughter and how professional and attentive she was throughout our visit. You can tell she genuinely enjoys helping customers and creating a fun experience for families. Thank you, Janeva, for the excellent customer service! We will definitely be returning to Lush Irvine because of the wonderful experience you provided. — A very happy customer and family 😊

  So today I decided to try out lush cosmetics because a cousin of mine had mentioned to me that its a really good brand, and Im a very picky when it comes to the type of cosmetics and the scents, I wasnt sure about what to go for and this very nice and cool lady, I believe she said her name is Janeva, (not sure if I spelled it correctly) and she explained more about the ingredients along with what they are used for in details and made the search much more easier, I bought one bottle of shower gel, one body spray and two bath bombs. I love that they have multiple types of scents and its not repeated at all. Im totally coming back.
