  I have worked in luxury customer experience for most of my career and going the extra mile for my clients is second nature to me. I was pleasantly surprised when Gigi answered the phone with enthusiasm. Not only did she come through with her product knowledge, but went above and beyond to give me excellent phone service. I needed a product for a last min work trip and thanks to Gigi, I got the last one remaining. Thank you Gigi for helping me cover my dark circles :)

  Called this place 8 times over the course of 2 hours, and was on hold for 1 hour and 30 minutes total time. If you select speak to a beauty representative it leaves you on hold with music. If you select manager it repeats the menu, then places you on hold with no sound. I brought that up with the woman at the register, and she acted like she was busy. I walked into a Sephora with 3 total people in the store who were customers, 2 of which were together. More employees than customers in the store, and yet I was lied to about business. I don't appreciate gaslighting as a long time decade plus customer. I simply wanted a stock check on an item. Followed by asset management through the store even though I made a direct path to the Customer register. Seeing that from previous reviews a customer was treated poorly with a birkin($30k+ bag), I don't imagine any care is given to any caliber or quality of customer. There are so many ways to be better. There were so many opportunities. I'm a fragrance collector with over 1000 bottles. And even though I purchased a fragrance because I was in desperate need of a replacement, I wouldn't recommend someone to even enter the business to even replace a shattered bottle like I did today. Do better Sephora. It's not fair to your customers.

  I was asked multiple times if I needed help and said I was fine, but one employee a young woman with curly hair kept following me around. My husband noticed it too, and it quickly became uncomfortable. I was just trying to sample perfumes, and it felt like I was being watched the entire time. I hope we weren't being targeted because we're Hispanic, which is unacceptable. It completely ruined what should have been a relaxed and enjoyable shopping experience.
