- YYYvetteMay 3, 20241.0I have been a loyal customer for many years and I always preferred Salon Centric over any other retailer. But ever since a manager named Angie left the store in Manhattan Beach, this store has been nothing but an unpleasant experience. Everyone that works there is very rude , snobby, and definitely not helpful. I hardly get help and not to mention hardly get greeted. The employees always seems to be gossiping and on their cell phones. I always have to do the extra work and go on my app and scan every product to see the prices , because of the employees lack of knowledge and help. It’s unfortunate that I must look for another retailer that values their customers.

Every team member I've interacted with so far has been awesome, professional, knowledgable and friendly. They even offered our salon the ability to use their location to teach classes in once everything is safely back in order! I've been to this location maaaaybe 5 ish times now, always a clean environment and almost always stocked up on the products that I need. 100% would recommend this location to a friend.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
