  The store is busy but you never feel cramped for space. Service has been consistently decent. It is relatively clean given the got traffic and constant customers interacting and testing products.

  Disappointed with my Sephora visit. I shop from Sephora very often. Today I decided to go to the Glendale Americana location. I walk in and NO GREETING. I walk around still no employee says hello or anything. I grab my first item then head to the fragrance section…typically at other locations I go to the employee ask if I need assistance or anything but not this location. I stay in fragrance section for awhile looking for a specific perfume and I’m not finding it so i continue browsing for awhile waiting to see if an employee will approach or ask if I need help. I even made eye contact with one. Nope nothing not one word. So I leave that section walk around a bit still no greeting. I then put my item back that I picked up and head out to leave as I’m leaving I see employees standing around talking to each other. Instead of working and assisting customers. I walk out and still nothing completely ignored. I’ve never not had 1 employee speak to me while at other Sephora locations. Disappointing to not even be greeted.

  I have never been made so uncomfortable by a service person in my entire life. I went to the Sephora yesterday looking for a moisturizer. There were two employees chatting with each other and looked extremely annoyed when I bothered to ask for direction. The blond male Saie seller then finally showed me some products and was not only extremely condescending but also very annoyed and seemingly not really in the mood the be a beauty product sales person. He really made me feel like I have intruded and done something wrong and I left almost crying feeling so bad about this horrible situation. You shouldnt work as a service person if you are incapable of being friendly and customer oriented!

  Every time I come here and nobody offers to help me. I was proven correct again tonight because the manager is extremely condescending, or maybe a lead whoever was in charge. The sweet cashier asked for help, she talks to her directly about what to tell me to bluntly and rude rather than her, just telling me and explaining it nicely. So in order to tell me things if she can’t speak to me herself, and prior to this she was lecturing Another worker with all these loud hand gestures that makes people around uncomfortable. It’s so weird and literally never makes e wanna come here again.

  Get rid of the cosmetics industry. Free yourself, free to be. End consumerism. End human encroachment and stop supporting the toxic chemical cosmetics industry.
