I really appreciate the professionalism and support. 2/16/2026 I have been a loyal customer for more than 7 years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. My order was entered incorrectly — I was given the wrong shade numbers and part of my order was missing. When I returned to politely have it corrected, instead of resolving the issue professionally, DARLIN spoke to me in an unprofessional and impolite manner in front of other customers. She did not handle the situation properly and treated me with attitude, making me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. I was even asked to sign paperwork despite having done nothing wrong, which felt intimidating and unnecessary. As a loyal customer of over 7 years, I expect respectful and professional treatment. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures employees communicate politely and handle customer concerns correctly.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
