- SSStephanie SalasMay 2, 20265.0I walked in to the hair salon for a quotation after doing some shopping at JCPENNEY. I was greeted by lvart Mangasar and she was very patient and professional. I was impressed by her knowledge and training. I was hesitant at first because I have had bad experiences in the past with hairstylists damaging my hair. made an appointment with her and it was the best decision I ever made. She is by far the best hairstylist I have ever had. :-). The salon uses great products and she takes her time. Alvart is trained in Olaplex products, and she did an amazing scalp treatment for extra. She covered my gray perfectly, and my haircut was perfect as well. I am so blessed to have found her and I can't wait to see her again. My hair was beautiful and shiny with zero damage. She is so positive and made me feel beautiful. Thank you Alvart . Don't retire :0)
