- VAVanessa ADec 4, 20221.0Counterfeit Item. I purchased the Two Face Born This Way foundation in Pearl. Unfortunately, I threw away the receipt and couldn't return the item. When I opened the merchandise a week or so later and pumped it onto the top of my hand it had an oily consistency. I flipped over the bottle and compared it to my original bought from Ulta. Everything on the sticker was completely different and the information was false. I called the store to inform them of the counterfeit item and I offered to bring it in but they stated they couldn't because I didn't have my original receipt and due to Covid they could not accept it. Be careful when purchasing items.
