- PHPearl HerMay 5, 20261.0I dont write reviews like this at all but i just had to say this. I Went into sephora to buy a gift. Met this rude employee name Lupita. My first interaction with her, I asked her where something was. She had a nasty tone of voice when I asked. I got the hint so I just walk through the entire store to find the stuff I needed and quickly leave. I noticed her and her coworker didn't really help. They Just stood still and talked non stop. Just my luck, when I went to purchases my item, Lupita was there to ring me up. I just wanted to buy my things and go, yet during that 2 min interaction, she made it so unbearable. Nasty attitude the whole time. I dont know if she was having a bad day or not but raising your voice, glaring and servicing with a nasty tone of voice was totally unnecessary. From the beginning to end she showed so much hostility. I was gonna let it go, if she’d just kept her mouth shut and swiped my card, but that 2 minute interaction was enough.
