From the iconic bath bomb to body butters, vegan haircare, fresh face masks, and more—Lush is your one stop shop for ethical, fun, and fabulous products. Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. As guests on this land, we act to repair past harm in allyship with Indigenous People everywhere.

I went in to purchase fragrance, and I was with my boyfriend, we both talked afterwards about how rude it was for an employee to act this way. Even mocking me saying, "thank you so much." I believe there needs to be stronger management at this Fashion Fair location, I almost didn't buy what I went for because of this rude behavior from your employees, including Amanda. EDIT: Very sweet employees today and so appreciated Mj! Thank you all, I would like to add this experience was exactly as we'd all be grateful for! Great customer service and advice🩷

A lot of non commercial brand bars of soap will leave your skin kinda dry, but not only did their bars leave my skin feeling smooth all day without lotion, the scent lasted all throughout work! I specifically recommend the "cherry on top" and "karma" scents for bars. On top of the quality, the pricing is more than reasonable. This is replacing bath and bodyworks as my regular spot now!
- PPPamelaAug 10, 20261.0I placed an order spending about $100.00 worth of product and waited just about 2 1/2 weeks to receive it damaged. It looked like poor packaging and a conditioner I bought wasn't sealed appropriately and spilled on to my other items and about 1/4 of the product was wasted on the foam in the box. When I reached out with my concerns they responded back several days later and offered me 10% off my next purchase or $10.00 credit. Very disappointed and unsatisfied customer.
