  A butcher shop. My hair was past my butt, I told her I wanted to keep it long. I showed her a picture of a woman with hair barely touching her butt when it was curled up at the ends. The woman who cut my hair here barely made it mid back at the longest point. She ruined my hair, I left the salon bawling my eyes out. Every single day I look in the mirror I cry because she ruined the one thing I liked about myself. It will take me 6 years to grow my hair back, i hope this salon closes that woman should never be allowed to touch anyone's hair again.

  Stood there for over 10 minutes while an older lady was at the front desk on her computer. I waited patiently thinking she was busy until finally my husband spoke up and asked her if she was busy and she said no. Felt like an idiot standing there forever and I was excited to get my hair cut. We were the only Mexicans in there so makes me wonder if that’s the reason. Thanks for nothing !

  Went to go see Rebecca to cut my son‘s hair. She was really nice very cooperative specially since he kept moving, but she did a great job I like her. I’ll be going back to her when it’s time for a trim The store in general was really clean. Everybody was so nice. I was surprised for JCPenney. It was the first time going there most definitely will recommend.

  I was sitting there for 6 HOURS just to come out looking the way I walked in.( mind you she was also 20mins late) It was my very first experience of getting my hair done and it was disappointing, I didn’t get what I wanted either. The only difference is that my hair is really short sadly. And the price I paid for was ridiculous too. Never again !

  I highly recommend Diana as a hairstylist—she truly deserves five stars! She is incredibly skilled, especially when it comes to blonde hair. If you’re looking to go blonde, she is the one to trust. Not only does she do amazing color work, but her styling and haircuts show her experience and attention to detail. I’ve tried many hairstylists before, and none of them got it right until I met Diana. She’s also such a kind and genuine person, which makes the whole experience even better. She really knows what she’s doing—she’s the first stylist who got my blonde perfect without any orange or brassy tones. If you go to Diana, you’ll leave happy. Highly recommended!
