We arrived and were welcomed warmly by staff and directed to the changing rooms and the sitting room where we were offered a cup of tea. After our welcome tea, our first spa experience was the cedar enzyme bath, a practice rooted in ancient traditions. This was incredible! Josh, our attendee, was so great— supporting our treatment and keeping us hydrated. The cedar enzymes worked their magic, generating a gentle heat that steeped deep into my muscles and joints. After the bath, our second experience was sound healing in the hammock garden. I felt so relaxed! The combination of these treatments – the vibrational harmony of the sound healing hammocks and the detoxifying warmth of the cedar enzyme bath – was a journey into holistic well-being.
