  Such a great experience at the Sephora Foothill Ranch location! Everyone was super nice, welcoming, and really helpful without being pushy. They took the time to answer my questions and made shopping feel easy and fun. Definitely one of the friendlier Sephora stores I’ve been to — I’ll for sure be coming back!

  "I just have to shout out the one and only Brandon at the foothill ranch Sephora! Every single time I walk in, he is so genuinely happy and giddy to see me. It immediately turns my day around. His energy is infectious and he has the best customer service I have ever experienced—not just in beauty, but anywhere! He is knowledgeable, kind, and truly cares about his clients. He is a rare gem, and I hope Sephora knows how amazing he is! I will say, the two times I’ve gone for an order pick up, they don’t answer the phone nor do they come out. Not sure how enforced the pick up parking spots are. But today I noticed both were taken up with none of the customers in the cars.

  Yesterday (12.28.25), after having a very negative experience at a closer location to me the day before, decide to go to one at this location in Foothill Ranch! THIS STAFF REEDEMED Sephora's Customer Service. The staff at this location should be Trainers for other locations! From the moment I walked through their doors I was greeted and asked if they could help me find something! I did not get that at the Laguna Niguel's location not only that!, but was given options to what I was looking for by The CSR (Shay; i hope i spelled her name right! If not I apologize...she was awesome) who greeted me...I went with her suggestions and walked out of there happy to have spent more than intended! I will drive out of my area of Laguna Woods/Aliso Viejo, to Customer Service Representatives who know how to acknowledge and assist their Customers! Seriously, this location should be the example for Training!Thank Shay first her excellent Customer Service 5 stars for sure! Happy New Year!!❣️

  All the workers at Sephora in Foothill are really sweet! Natalia took her time with me and even gave me lots of samples, because I was indecisive on a cleanser. I’ll for sure come back and hope I can get her again!
