  I came in looking for a new concealer and I was greeted by Isabel. She was so friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable in what products to should use for my skin type. I came in for one product but ended up revamping my whole makeup routine. She answered all my questions and made the whole experience enjoyable and truly memorable. I’ll be picture perfect just in time for my graduation. Thank you so much Isabel for all your help!!! She’s amazing!!!

  Such a great experience at the Sephora Foothill Ranch location! Everyone was super nice, welcoming, and really helpful without being pushy. They took the time to answer my questions and made shopping feel easy and fun. Definitely one of the friendlier Sephora stores I’ve been to — I’ll for sure be coming back!

  "I just have to shout out the one and only Brandon at the foothill ranch Sephora! Every single time I walk in, he is so genuinely happy and giddy to see me. It immediately turns my day around. His energy is infectious and he has the best customer service I have ever experienced—not just in beauty, but anywhere! He is knowledgeable, kind, and truly cares about his clients. He is a rare gem, and I hope Sephora knows how amazing he is! I will say, the two times I’ve gone for an order pick up, they don’t answer the phone nor do they come out. Not sure how enforced the pick up parking spots are. But today I noticed both were taken up with none of the customers in the cars.

  I rarely leave reviews on google but for this one i feel like i had to!!! I am so frustrated and i am not understand the training for Sephora employees… they do not make feel customer welcome, always in a bad attitude, also i don’t know why THEY DONT GIVE AWAY THE GIFTS AVAILABLE WHEN YOU MAKE A PURCHASE!!! Today i did an almost $400 purchase and i pretty much had to beg for a Sephora Tote that they had as a gift when you make a purchase! And I HAD TO ASK FOR IT! They won’t give away the gifts available for the purchase!!! And when i asked for it, the employee hide them from the other customers in line!!! I COULDNT BELIEVE IT… i wanted to say something. A lot of customers left the store with big purchases and not getting the free Sephora Tote! I hope corporate can do something about it… i think it is not fair for the customers that sephora employees do this!!! Please take some action… all customers deserve the free gift if they are doing the required purchase. DONT HIDE THE FREE GIFTS TO THE CUSTOMER! We deserve them… we are spending a lot of money already! IT IS NOT FAIR…
