  Meko is truly an amazing stylist! From the moment I sat in his chair, I felt like he genuinely cared about giving me the best result for my hair—not just for the day, but for the long-term health of it. He took the time to listen to what I wanted, explained the process, and made me feel completely comfortable. His attention to detail and expertise really show in his work. I left the salon feeling refreshed and confident. It’s not easy finding someone you can fully trust with your hair, but Meko has definitely earned mine. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a talented stylist who truly cares about his clients!

  Review : I had a great experience here previously for a haircut, which is why I felt confident booking a balayage. Unfortunately, this visit was really disappointing. I brought in reference photos and was excited for a noticeable change, especially since I haven’t colored my hair in years. After a 2-hour appointment, the result was extremely subtle to the point that my hair looks almost the same as before. The total came out to $450, which felt shocking given the lack of visible difference. I understand balayage can be more natural-looking, but for that price point, I expected a clear transformation or at least results closer to what I had discussed and shown. I’ve reached out to the salon to try to resolve this and am hoping they make it right. Based on this experience, I would recommend being very clear about expectations, pricing, and level of change before committing to a service. Update review : Updating my review: I reached out to the salon directly to resolve this, but unfortunately, we were not able to come to a fair solution. I was charged $450 for a balayage that resulted in little to no visible change, despite providing reference photos and having a consultation beforehand. I gave the salon the opportunity to address the issue, but the resolution offered did not match the level of concern. At this price point, I believe clients should receive results that clearly reflect the service requested and discussed. I would strongly encourage others to confirm expectations, level of change, and pricing in detail before booking.

  Great spa packages, very professional and friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere and more importantly excellent customer service. I have treated myself as well as quite a few friends there over the years, everyone agreed, one of the best spas and salons in town.
