  Review : I had a great experience here previously for a haircut, which is why I felt confident booking a balayage. Unfortunately, this visit was really disappointing. I brought in reference photos and was excited for a noticeable change, especially since I haven’t colored my hair in years. After a 2-hour appointment, the result was extremely subtle to the point that my hair looks almost the same as before. The total came out to $450, which felt shocking given the lack of visible difference. I understand balayage can be more natural-looking, but for that price point, I expected a clear transformation or at least results closer to what I had discussed and shown. I’ve reached out to the salon to try to resolve this and am hoping they make it right. Based on this experience, I would recommend being very clear about expectations, pricing, and level of change before committing to a service. Update review : Updating my review: I reached out to the salon directly to resolve this, but unfortunately, we were not able to come to a fair solution. I was charged $450 for a balayage that resulted in little to no visible change, despite providing reference photos and having a consultation beforehand. I gave the salon the opportunity to address the issue, but the resolution offered did not match the level of concern. At this price point, I believe clients should receive results that clearly reflect the service requested and discussed. I would strongly encourage others to confirm expectations, level of change, and pricing in detail before booking.

  Great spa packages, very professional and friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere and more importantly excellent customer service. I have treated myself as well as quite a few friends there over the years, everyone agreed, one of the best spas and salons in town.

  My first massage experience and it's the most relaxed I've ever been. I had the hot stone massage and Lisa was great! She went over everything in detail and was very gentle and provided a calming atmosphere. It was very nice that afterwards, there was an outdoor patio and sauna and complimentary tea and water. The reason I took off one star is because there were booking issues, I had to change my appointment 3 times because of clerical errors or scheduling conflicts at the fault of the salon. They offered to give me a discount for the inconvenience but never applied it when I checked out.

  Great place/environment. I have been coming here for many years and I have seen the changes they have made to make it modern and friendly. Need a facial ask for Karly, she is the best!
