  I tired to use my Sephora gift card. The cashier was not able to scan the card or put in the number in the register so I could use it. She told me that she could not read the numbers. She told me to call the number on the back of the card. (Famous words used by a cashier when they need to get rid of a customer). I called the number on the back of the card. They told me that they can not do anything nor refund the card. Then they transfered me to customer service. Customer services says I need to talk to the gift card dept. So I get the run around and noone could help me. My kids bought this for me as a mothers day present ($100 gift card). Their hard earned money has gone to waste. Sephora is a waste. They never restock any products that I need. I don't even know why I still shop there. No wonder companies are leaving Sephora. This was a horrible experience as a customer. I'm so disappointed....

  I had gotten a perfume from sephora the day previously and unfortunately when i got home it had literally rolled off the counter and shattered. I was hoping they would let me trade it in since it’s only been a day but they were not going for it. I understand it wasn’t necessarily their fault but for it to only have been a day i would think they would have been gracious enough to understand and allow me to get another. When i told the lady who was working there she kind of looked at me like i was dumb for even showing up and asking. For people who are struggling to make money, as myself, and just wanted to get something nice this was money out of my pocket that i spent on a product i couldn’t even use once.Sephora is a big company and for them to not even have the human decency to even provide a discount because of the trouble is a bit heartbreaking.

  There is a lady in Cashier number 3 whose name was Tina was Rude and her behaviour and attitude was unacceptable despite children were there, She slammed our cart against the other carts, she was disrespectful with the customers, Photo for the reference. Customer satisfaction and respect should be in priority of Kohls values! We were very disappointed.

  Sephora is open in most of the Kohl’s stores now. The one at Calvine Road and Elk Grove Florin Road also has a Sephora inside. The store looks nice. Very well-lit and organized. All the popular items at Sephora are in stock at this store too. The good thing about shopping at this Sephora is it is more compact, and you can get what you’re looking for quickly. Also, you can shop at Kohl’s at the same time.
