- JCJJ CH5 days ago1.0Came in a week ago for a cut. I showed stylist a picture of me, and how I want it. And the stylist began by cutting too much off the side immediately, and too far up on my head. Asked me about a "part". I thought she was confirming what I want. But instead she took way too much off with no caution as to result. It ended up completely uneven. This is the worst haircut I ever got in my life. I'm not joking. I came back to try to get it fixed, but nothing truly worked. I gave up. You need to get your stylists to listen, observe, and not just start shaving and cutting with no regard to caution. It was a terrible look for my business travel, and I'm stuck with this bad haircut for weeks. Not good.

I wear eyeglasses so didn't notice how much she was taking off of the sides & back. Shortest haircut I have ever had. Not happy, but the hair will grow back. Going to go elsewhere next time.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
