- NNNikkiSep 12, 20261.0Placed an order here for pick up while I was in the area Sat 9/5. My order was not ready for same day pick up and the location closed on Sunday 9/6 I was not able to cancel online so I was waiting for the location to open ( Monday was also a holiday. ) I got an email Monday morning stating my order was ready for pickup by 9/9. I called again on Tuesday no answer & again on Wednesday no answer to cancel my order. 9/10 I received a emailed receipt stating I had picked up my order. So I called the location again Thursday no answer. I called corporate and they said they would investigate but it would take 12 days to return the money if my case was approved. Again I called the store no answer finally today sat 9/12 the store finally answers. I tell the employee my situation and she hung up on me I waited a few mins for a call back and nothing so I called again. She stated that her manager was not in store & that a note had been left that I picked up my order and that she would have to call her district manager and call me back. Every time I have been to any salon centric location they have checked my ID along with scanning my account number. I have been charged for an order that I never received. They either gave my order to someone else without checking their information or an employee decided to keep my order either way this is super un professional. I don’t understand why this issue has been so difficult to resolve and why they won’t refund me my money back!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
