- AAAgc_33Aug 18, 20244.0I was helped by Celeste. She honestly deserves 5 stars. She was very nice & helpful. She made me feel like she went above and beyond for me! She was patient, kind, & willing to answer all of the questions I had. She offered me a sample of the foundation I was thinking if getting. I thought it was very nice of her. I got to try it out & now I am placing an order since it convinced me. 1st time ever that a Sephora employee offers this to me. I didn't even know it was a thing. I honestly prefer to shop online since everytime I have gone in person to this location it is always hectic and have never been helped Yesterday I decided to go in person since I wanted to physically try on a couple of different foundations. I am so glad I did and Celest was their to help me out. She said it was her 3rd day working their. I was surprised as her professionalism and knowledge was superb to say the least! I gave the location 4 stars (mainly due to the fact that another employee there only greeted me but did not seem interested in actually helping me) However Celest deserves 5 stars!!! Sephora is lucky to have an employee like her!
