  I had the worse experience all of the workers are lazy except one girl with blonde hair she was at the cashier super friendly. One black female with a stiff beige wig had me waiting and would give attitude when I asked for a shade match. She had me waiting for over 10 minutes and she would look at me and not even tell me anything. Sephora do better with who you hire. I wish I got the name of the girl with blonde hair because she was the only one running that store.

  I am a frequent customer of Sephora, specifically this location so it really is unfortunate that I have to write this review. I have never had an uncomfortable or negative experience at this store until today. I went in with my young daughter looking for a specific display. I couldn’t find it so I went up to an employee for assistance. While the employee was trying to assist me, another employee (tall and bald male) was talking over her talking about shipments and telling me that it wasn’t available and to come back another day. I expressed how the items were showing up on the Sephora app and were showing available for in store pickup. Meanwhile the first employee was checking her system and taking the time to see if the products were available or not which I really appreciated. Turns out the display was not available yet but I still decided to browse the store and even made a purchase. On my way to my car, the male employee was walking back to the store so I quickly stopped and asked “Excuse me, when did you say the display would be available again?” His response “I’m on my lunch right now.” From our very first encounter, this employee was rude, dismissive and lacks the necessary skills to be working in customer service. Sephora your customers spend a lot of their hard earned money in your store. Please do better.

  Came in, was not welcomed. There was 4 workers standing by the door. I proceded to ask if they had any sales, or promos. The woman responded with “no, not at the moment.” I then went to look for an item I needed and I couldn’t find it. No one was around to ask if I needed help and when I went to the other side, one of the workers seemed to be following me. She also didn’t ask if I was looking for something. I eventually found my item and paid for it. I really debated leaving g and going elsewhere for the product. The atmosphere was not welcoming at all. Will be reconsidering shopping at this store for future purchases.

  Do not come here. Save yourself the time and go to Ulta instead, where customer service actually exists. The two employees at the front of the store today around 5 PM were some of the ugliest I’ve ever seen in retail. I walked in and wasn’t greeted, acknowledged, or offered any assistance. Instead, I was met with dirty looks while they stood around smelling perfumes and laughing amongst themselves. Customer service starts with a simple “hi welcome,” and they couldn’t even manage that. It’s one thing to be busy, but it’s another to make customers feel unwelcome the moment they walk through the door. The managers should pay closer attention to who they have representing the store because this was a terrible experience. I ended up leaving and taking my business elsewhere. Never coming back.
