  I had a very disappointing experience at this Sephora store today. I asked a staff member to help me choose an eyeshadow color that would suit my skin tone. When he asked what kind of makeup look I wanted, I explained that I was looking for an everyday, basic makeup look. From that moment, his attitude felt very dismissive and as if he was bothered by my request. He then handed me off to another female employee without much explanation. When I explained that I wanted help choosing colors that would actually suit my skin tone because I wasn’t sure which shades would work for me, she said she couldn’t really help because she didn’t know enough about it and simply walked away. I understand that employees may not be able to answer every question, but I expected basic customer service and a willingness to help. Instead, I felt like I was being passed around because my request was inconvenient. If you don’t want to help customers, then why work in a customer service position? It was especially disappointing to feel as though I was being treated differently based on whether the employees felt like helping me or not. I came to Sephora specifically because I expected professional guidance from the staff. Unfortunately, I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope management takes this kind of customer experience seriously and provides better training on customer service and how to assist customers respectfully.

  Walked in to try a foundation and concealer, but left feeling judged/ criticized by an employee. Funny enough before I entering Sephora I visited Ultra beauty, and their employees were more welcoming, helpful, and not at all rude. My reason for the visit was to compare other professional opinions on color matching foundation and concealer, not be treated like that.

  If it were up to me, I wouldn't even give it a single star. I arrived on my scooter and wanted to park it next to the entrance—I saw it wouldn't be in anyone's way, and it was my first time there—but a woman at the entrance spoke to me very rudely. I found it strange because other stores have let me bring it in. Terrible service; I will never go back.

  I am a frequent customer of Sephora, specifically this location so it really is unfortunate that I have to write this review. I have never had an uncomfortable or negative experience at this store until today. I went in with my young daughter looking for a specific display. I couldn’t find it so I went up to an employee for assistance. While the employee was trying to assist me, another employee (tall and bald male) was talking over her talking about shipments and telling me that it wasn’t available and to come back another day. I expressed how the items were showing up on the Sephora app and were showing available for in store pickup. Meanwhile the first employee was checking her system and taking the time to see if the products were available or not which I really appreciated. Turns out the display was not available yet but I still decided to browse the store and even made a purchase. On my way to my car, the male employee was walking back to the store so I quickly stopped and asked “Excuse me, when did you say the display would be available again?” His response “I’m on my lunch right now.” From our very first encounter, this employee was rude, dismissive and lacks the necessary skills to be working in customer service. Sephora your customers spend a lot of their hard earned money in your store. Please do better.
