It was refreshing that someone actually answered the phone when I called and she managed to arrange an appointment within 24 hours. The hairstylist listened carefully, was informative and did what I asked for. A head massage during the wash, even if brief, is always delightful - I would pay extra for an extended massage! The reception team was very welcoming, pleasant and complimentary. Highly recommend this salon.
