There are about 9 employees working who aren't helping customers and just standing around and I'm in a line of about 12 customers waiting. Not 1 employee will come over and help at the registers and they just look over at the line and turn the other way. Worst customer service ever!

While shopping, I witnessed her treat another customer in a way that came across as extremely rude and unprofessional. Her behavior appeared discriminatory, and when questioned, she was unable to clearly explain or support the policy she claimed to be enforcing. It felt as though she was misrepresenting store policy based on personal preference rather than actual guidelines. This interaction was uncomfortable to witness and does not reflect the level of customer service I would expect. I will never be retuning to Sephora. If you allow your staff to discriminate in such a way there’s no way I could ever support that.

However this entire interaction she didn’t say one singular word, smile, or even look at me. It was quite off putting, but the other staff were friendly and helpful!
