  I’ve visited this location three times, hoping for a better experience each time, but unfortunately, it’s been consistently disappointing. Each visit has left me disappointed due to the lack of attentiveness from the staff. Many of the employees seem more focused on their phones than on helping customers find makeup. I’ve never had similar experiences at other Mac locations, so it’s clear that this branch is in dire need of a revamp—especially in terms of customer service. I believe some fresh talent and more engaged artists could really transform the atmosphere. I hope to see improvements in the future, as I genuinely love Mac products but can’t justify returning to a location where I feel ignored, it’s simply not how other Mac locations go about business.
