- VRVeronica R.May 15, 20265.0I was recommended to see Lyla by a friend who has been seeing her for many years. When I first got in her chair she was very polite and friendly right away. She gave me a consultation about by thick and curly hair that is hard for me to style. I actually went in to get a haircut and some help with my styling or should I say ways to style my hair because I was tired of putting it up in a bun all the time. Lyla was very helpful and showed me ways to style my hair and she taught me ways to clip my hair back with some cute pieces to frame my face. I was very comfortable talking to her and opening up about my hair that I asked if she had time to do a color as well, ? She told me even though she was busy she could fine the time to plan in my color. I was so excited and ready for a change. She showed me the color and recommended a few colors that would suit by face and cover my greys. When all said and done I was very pleased and would scheduled my next appointment to she her again. Love my hair!

So she went into the Salon that advertises a bathroom all to be yelled at & berated by the 2 Asian ladies working. They yelled at her to leave & how dare she walk into "Their Salon" with a dirty dog. Her "dirty dog" is a service animal & is in no way "dirty" We went to the first floor & requested to speak to a manager but they were apparently unavailable.
