I had an appointment earlier in the day at another Benefit Brow Bar, and unfortunately, my brows did not turn out like I wanted them. I had a big event that weekend, so I was panicking. Samantha saved the day! Not only was she able to fix my brows but also she was able to clean up some of the hairs that were missed. I was so happy! And huge bonus: She is only 10-15 min away from me AND has later hours. YES! I'm so glad I found her, and I'm looking forward to many more appointments with her. THANK YOU SAMANTHA! :) ***Update*** I had an appointment today, and I came in to find out that the esty at this location quit 2 weeks ago. I wasn’t even notified. Pretty disappointed that this happened. :(

I finally found someone that does my brows exactly like I want them. She is also one of the nicest people I know. I will follow her to any store she works. I wish she could be at the La Mesa store again, even if it was only one day each week. Chula Vista Is a long way to travel and is hard to schedule into my week. However, she is worth the drive when I am able to fit the trip into my schedule.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY BENEFIT BROW SERVICE?
Each Benefit experience is unique to YOU and your needs. Your Brow &
Beauty Expert (BBE) will kick things off with an in-depth consultation to
ensure you walk out feeling (and looking!) great. Our personalized Brow
Mapping allows you to see which hairs need to go and which need
to grow to achieve I'm-actually-obsessed brows. At the end of the service,
your BBE will wrap things up by styling your brows, so you’ll be ready to
take ’em out and show ’em off.
WHAT IS BROW MAPPING?
Our personalized Brow Mapping technique helps find where the brow
should start, arch, and end, and spots any hairs that need to be removed.
This process ensures you’re not just getting any ol’ brow shape, you’re
getting the brow shape that’s right for you. Once you've mapped out your
shape, your Brow & Beauty Expert will work with you to achieve that shape
through a service, product, or both.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY UPCOMING BEAUTY SERVICE?
Brow Lamination services: If you have allergies to hair dye or perming
solutions, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
lamination service. Swing by your local Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Make sure you haven't had a brow lamination within the 6 weeks
prior to your appointment.
*48 hours in some countries
I’M RUNNING LATE. WHAT’S YOUR LATE POLICY?
We get it, things happen! We’ll do our best to accommodate. However, if
you’re more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, your spot may be
given to another customer.
WHAT AGE DO I NEED TO BE TO RECEIVE A BEAUTY SERVICE?
Refer to the age minimum when booking to see whether you’ll need a
parent or guardian present at the time of appointment to give consent for
the service.
DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
Appointments are recommended, but we do accept walk-ins.
