  DO NOT GO HERE!! Gloria needs to have her license reviewed/revoked. Her actions show a serious lack of care for client safety and basic health. It’s surprising that even after all the negative reviews and complaints attached to her name, she is still being allowed to work here. As a hairstylist, there should be some level of accountability when your negligence puts other people’s health at risk. At the very least, clients should be refunded when something goes wrong due to your carelessness. This situation also reflects BADLY on the salon and its management for continuing to overlook these issues.

  If I could give this 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I came in for a root touch up. For reference I am a natural dirty blonde so I lift to a platinum in about 25-30 minutes. The hairstylist I got had terrible reviews but I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, considering most reviews are dramatized. She left the bleach on my scalp for AN HOUR AND A HALF. I am now dealing with SEVERE chemical burns and irritation AND swollen lymph nodes from this. Please DO NOT go to Gloria here. Save your money. My hair looks amazing but my health is now at risk.

  I came in to fix and reshape a badly done pixie done somewhere else and Savannah went above and beyond. I have a lot of hair that is very thick and she knew how to handle it and shape it perfectly. She really took her time and had listened to all of my concerns and requests. This is the first time I have ever walked out of a salon with no regrets and loving my look! Savannah is amazing!!!

  I love jc Penny's !! I only paid 28$ for this shampoo. That's up to 45$ elsewhere. I love their sales !! Friends and family is a great one -- 50% off ! Plus other coupons and shirts only cost 15$ that are normally 45.

  I have been going to the hair salon at JCPenney in Chico for 5 years now because it is the cheapest in town to get a haircut. The hairstylist I go to does a really good job on my hair. At the time I started going there I was paying $22.00 for a haircut. A blow dry was $12.00 which I never had done. I just left with my hair wet. A couple of years ago it went up to $30.00 for a haircut and just recently it went up to $40.00 for a haircut and $10.00 more for a blow dry. This is getting ridiculous. I can go somewhere else and pay the same amount. Also, every time I go in there. There are only two hairstylists working and there are about 12 chairs total so 10 chairs are not occupied. I’m not sure if they are not getting the business or there is a large turn over with hairstylists who come and go. This price is too much for what you get. JCPenney’s forgot they have competition and people will start going to their competitors.
