  Not a fan of the service I received. Went in the store on Saturday and asked if I could just have someone do my eyebrows and pay for the service. I was told I just had to purchase ONE thing and the service would be provided which I was fine with. AFTER the simple 5 mins it took the manager to do my eyebrows I was told it was not one item I had to buy but THREE. That it would normally be two but since they were having a sale I had to buy three things "to make up for it." When I tried to at least purchase the eyebrow pencil used, I was told they didn't even have anymore. I ended up spending $68 on products that had nothing to do with the service I was provided and was mislead with the number of products I had to buy for set service. Had I known I had to buy 3 products to get just my eyebrows done, I would've politely declined. But I was in a rush (which they knew and took advantage of) and was completely mislead. AND after looking on the website after, brow service is listed as one of the 15 min COMPLIMENTARY walk-in services. Then I wasn't even allowed to check out without providing my email for some BS excuse that still makes no sense. Guarantee I will be telling everyone to avoid this store.

  I would not recommend getting your makeup done here. I waited for more than an hour. There was only one person handling everything. I arrived at 10:00 AM, and by 11:15-ish, I was still waiting. I eventually had to leave because I was going to be late for my photoshoot. It was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

  Worst place ever. The manager was not help and worst customer service. they wrote on my receipt it’s exchange only when I paid full price over $425 in make up that I can’t return
