  Adri was phenomenal with helping me figure out my daughter’s birthday present down to pairing the right items and finding the perfect gift box for everything. She listened to exactly what I needed and recommended amazing products. Would definitely come back to this location to work with her specifically. Thank you!!

  I had the pleasure of being helped by Maddie on my last visit. She was extremely helpful and was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Great personality and very people friendly as well! I hope to be helped by her the next time I visit this store!

  I recently went into Lush Cosmetics with my mom to show her some products, and we had one of the best customer service experiences ever thanks to an employee named Mai. She was honestly one of the sweetest, most helpful, and most charismatic employees I’ve ever come across. From the moment we walked in, she made both of us feel so comfortable and welcomed. It was my mom’s first time in the store, and Mai made it such an amazing experience for her. She took the time to walk us through the products, explain what they’re good for, how to use them, and showed us so many different options throughout the store. You can genuinely tell she knows the products extremely well and truly cares about helping customers find what works for them. Another employee also helped us and was very kind, and I’m so sad I didn’t catch her name, but overall our experience could not have been any better. If I ever recommend this store to anyone, the first thing I’ll say is to ask for Mai. She absolutely gained a new loyal customer, and I will definitely be coming back!

  My shopping experience today was the best I’ve had at Lush, thanks to Larissa and Ray. They were both so helpful and kind. They both had excellent knowledge of the products and their enthusiasm was genuine! They each listened to my needs and concerns and made kind and thoughtful recommendations. I left confident and excited about my purchases. Thank you Larissa and Ray!

  Rae and Larissa were so unbelievably helpful and kind today! I came in to get a gift for my mother and Larissa asked how she could help. She listened and gave excellent recommendations for products I could get. She really took her time with me and helped me find everything I needed. I have been coming to Lush for many years and I always know I will be getting great service. But this time was beyond! They had knowledge of all their products I never felt pushed or like I was being upsold I just felt heard and cared for. I walked out so excited for the things I bought and already looking forward to my next visit! Thank you Rae and Larissa!
