When I ask for help or to see if they had shade in stock I was meet with eye rolls and a no. They did even care to pretend to be helpful. I don’t know if they wants customer or not. I give them two star because I was able to buy some of the items that the cosmetic company in las americas ran out of. I guess I benefited from their lack of customers due to how they treat their customers. Funny their tone did change even after I bought over 400 dollars. No thank you no come back again.
- KLkhanh leApr 4, 20211.0I bought 4 Jo malone cologne bottles from there and asked employee about the box. They didnt have the box. They just wrap 1 tissue paper. About 30mins later, I go back to my car and organize them, and it scratched my skin and the blood came out. I checked and one of them had little broken from the bottom back. I went back to the store and told them. And the lady is so rude, her name is Kelly. She always said it is not broken when she sell it for me. But it is small broken, the bottle front is perfect thats why they couldn’t see it. If I did break it, there was some little glass pieces glass inside. And I am not crazy, I broke the bottle and scratch myself.
