Terrible experience:/ Wish I had the name of the girl who helped me the last time I was here because she was fantastic, helpful and friendly. I felt so bad leaving this time.

The customer service is so bad, I came in looking for a specific perfume and needed help because it wasn’t on the shelf so I kindly came up to someone working there and said “excuse me can you help me” and she side eyes me and keeps talking to her other coworker she took her sweet time to finish up her conversation that was not work related with the other coworker and then comes up to me saying “what do you need” in a really rude tone, I bought my stuff and left the store feeling upset.

I don’t know if it’s because I’m a woman in my early 50s or what but I’m never ask if I need help, I’m never greeted when I go to check out and pay my hard earned money. I’m not even faint. I think I’ve given this location enough chances to see if they wanted to earn my business. I wonder if this is how they treat all of Their customers or if it’s age specific would be very interested to know and mind you every single time I spend over two to $300
