They have a lot of people “working” but I don’t believe that actual customer service is part of their job description. I needed help with a color match and had to ask for it. I waited about six minutes and was completely ignored. I normally only review the good stuff, but I have to say that I left that store feeling completely invisible. Sephora should work on training their staff to excel at customer service.

It's not really as enjoyable to shop here as a full fledged store. The Los Gatos Sephora also seems to have limited stock but the service is ALWAYS great. Hoping the Capitola location steps it up a bit and soon!
