  My wife and I stopped by this Studs location inside Westfield Topanga mall so she can get her earring. After she got her earrings, we came back within like two days because she said it was too big. So we came back and the man helping her was very polite with us. He showed her the different options and also answered all her questions. The store isn't that big and it's on the second floor of the mall. The prices are reasoning depending on what earring you get and they also have some deals depending on the day. My wife was happy with her earring after exchanging it for a smaller size.

  This was exactly the place I was looking for to get earrings. I thought that my holes had closed up but they actually hadn’t. Cara was great and helped me select some new earrings. The place was very clean.

  I really enjoyed getting my ears pierced a second piercing here. My piercer Cara was so kind and attentive. She explained everything to me the whole way through, what to expect, and the aftercare. During the piercing, she even helped me by giving me a stress ball and instructed even my breathing for the actual piercing. And she was so attentive that she left space on my ears because I've been considering getting a third piercing on my lobe. When I wasn't sure about the placement on my right ear, I didn't say anything, I just kept looking at the mirror. But Cara noticed and so sweetly asked if I wanted to adjust the mark, even asking specific directions of how I want to move it and accommodated. She is so lovely and before I left, they gave me a cute pack with aftercare instructions and stickers! (The sanitizer can for aftercare had to be bought). I'm so glad I got pierced here since my last piercing was about 9 years ago.

  I really wanted to get a piercing done so I caved and got it done here. BUT every single time I walk in just look at the piercings when I’m at the mall the workers ALWAYS look annoyed, no warm welcome or smile.. Not really welcoming overall, service is okay but the rates are decent compared to other private piercers I’ve been to. When I asked for my piercers opinion for placement she felt very dismissive, straight answers and little reasoning, and I just felt like I needed to leave just so I can get out of their hair. I wish I didn’t because I am not quite content with my results.. I came for a double helix. Well.. they take walk ins, I waited roughly 30 mins, got pierced, paid $141 for 2 Piercings with 2 studs. I would come here again for simple piercings like lobe or single helix. Complex piercings I would go somewhere more reputable!

  10/10 would recommend my piercer Maygan! Let me tell you, its been years since ive had anything pierced and I was so nervous. Maygan put me at ease and made this truly a painless experience. Ask her anything about her craft she'll have the answers. Thank you!!!!
