  I had my ear pierced at STUDS about a year ago, and unfortunately, I really regret choosing this place. The piercing never healed properly, and now I have a bump/growth on my ear that I’m having to deal with. The piercing experience itself also didn’t feel professional to me. It was much more painful than I expected, and looking back at the whole experience and how the piercing healed, I’m seriously disappointed with the quality of the service I received. On top of that, STUDS is pretty expensive compared to other piercing studios.

  Absolutely horrible service! I've gotten piercings here before and they were fabulous but I recently came in for an appointment to check out some of my recent piercings as I felt they were not healing properly. Straight away it was horrific service the sales associate barely wanted to say hello and basically said why are you here. I explained what was going on and she didn't even look at my ear before telling me generic information and sent me on my way. Might want to reconsider if you spend so much to pierce your ears but associates spend no time in helping you.

  My wife and I stopped by this Studs location inside Westfield Topanga mall so she can get her earring. After she got her earrings, we came back within like two days because she said it was too big. So we came back and the man helping her was very polite with us. He showed her the different options and also answered all her questions. The store isn't that big and it's on the second floor of the mall. The prices are reasoning depending on what earring you get and they also have some deals depending on the day. My wife was happy with her earring after exchanging it for a smaller size.

  This was exactly the place I was looking for to get earrings. I thought that my holes had closed up but they actually hadn’t. Cara was great and helped me select some new earrings. The place was very clean.
