  It gets pretty busy. Staff is helpful and respectful. The isles are a little bit narrow, but it also makes it seem more energized.

  My sister and I came in looking for an eyebrow pencil. It was pretty busy in the store but we were greeted when we walked in. A staff member Violet saw us looking around and asked if we needed any help, my sister asked about Anastasia brow pencils and Violet showed us all of their pencils and was able to provide different color options that would suit my sister’s new hair color. My sister ended up buying a pencil in a color she never would’ve thought would be the right one otherwise. She was also able to help us pay using a phone without us having to wait in the long line. Thank you again for all your help Violet!

  03/31/26: Glad to reconnect with Sephora—they offer a wide variety of unique, high-quality products. I absolutely love the bareMinerals Original Loose Powder Foundation SPF 15 Golden Medium 14. I just learned it’s currently available online only, so I am grateful that as an Insider member, I still receive free standard shipping. Excellent service by Jocelyn and Jordan—they truly deserve special recognition. I especially appreciate Jocelyn’s quick intro and helpful guidance on the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz Pencil.
