  I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I walked in about 20 minutes before closing to return an item. I was not greeted when I entered, he was assisting another customer and hardly acknowledged me or asked if I needed help while I waited. He continued having a lengthy, casual conversation and did not once check in to see what I needed. After waiting the entire time, he finally finished just three minutes before closing and immediately said he needed to close the store, making me feel rushed and unwelcome. At no point did he show consideration for the fact that I am eight months pregnant and had already called earlier regarding this matter. Overall, the lack of acknowledgment, urgency, and basic customer service was very disappointing. I will not be returning.

  I usually go to Sephora to get my make up work done. Last time I wanted to give MAC a try since I love their products. And it was a failure. I book a 15 min appointment to get their help to put on lashes just to save time and stress before attending a wedding. The Two girls at the store could not figure out how to stick a simple wispy lashes. It took them +40 minutes to figure it out. And at the end before I start my evening the lash detached from eye. Seriously? First and last time. MAC please hire more professional staff. We used to love your company.

  Located inside the topanga Westfield mall with a huge parking, right by the food court on the second floor. They recently remodeled the place so it looks way different as before. My wife did make up over there, they were able to fit her on as Sunday with a one day motive which was great, because usually at other stores you need an appointment a few days in advance. The prices also were changed. Before it was for $70’for the make up and free mascara and today it’s either a regular make up for $60 or full for $90. So a bit higher... Every time she goes there she comes back happy with their service, this time for our event the make up artist did everything by her own suggestion which came up perfect for the occasion. They are usually very nice and accommodating. Even with the higher prices she will still go there in the future because the service great!
