This last time Maya (or Maia) was super kind and helpful and gave rlly great recommendations. She was super attentive to my needs and even checked the back and online for the products I was requesting. She gave an awesome tutorial of products and then I overheard her do the exact same thing for the person requesting help after me and she was just as helpful and kind to them. It really speaks to her character and commitment to the job. The manger on duty was also super kind and helpful. I don’t remember her name but I visited last this past Saturday on 7/11. Again I want to reiterate that I always enjoy my time in the store and it’s always so clean and interactive and well stocked and organized. I couldn’t recommend this location and its staff more ! I will be returning soon!

This store location didn't have any in stock, but Maya went out of her way to track down the last 2 jars and reserve them for me at a nearby store. She made my entire day! Topanga is a great location with a great team- definitely my go to Lush

I came in a few days ago to buy gifts and the associate casually informed that the recipient could return or exchange any item, anytime! 3 days, 3 months, years… I was so glad she mentioned that because I had collected a bunch of Lush products from gift boxes and didn’t love all of them. So I went home and grabbed them and got $80 bucks worth of merch to exchange for things that I love. The associate Diana checked me out today made the shopping experience enjoyable. I truly appreciate great customer service especially these days! Thank you
