- FSFerny paz and Aleksia sJun 8, 20211.0Got there at 3:20 pm, rude manager “Rocio Sanchez” was arrogant and kept the door locked from the public with a sign that said “be back at 3:15pm” when confronted Rocio closed the door and said she wasn’t going to open until her break was over. 1hr and 20 mins later another employee waits at the door and Rocio comes to open and later on she finally told us we could come in. This woman is ruining the experience we had at this wonderful store lack of professionalism at its fullest.
