    I had a wonderful visit to this spa in July. I had a body scrub, massage, and a facial. The facial was given by Katie, and it was the best facial I've ever had. It was so relaxing while rejuvenating my skin. Highly recommend.

    I’ve been to the spa at the four seasons twice and both times I booked sessions with Katie and I have to say that she was absolutely exceptional. I’ve had two facials with two massages. I also really like the property. The showers are nice. There’s a sauna, there’s an outside cold plunge and a hot tub. Also on site has a great restaurant, and also the pool is wonderful. All the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. I look at San Francisco and find a day trip to the spa in Calistoga is really wonderful as a treat. I make sure to get myself an early booking so that I can stay all day and leave at 5 o’clock. Basically, I spend the entire day there and have a nice lunch in the afternoon.

    I'm not sure where the lack of flow comments comes from, maybe if do a lot of the add ons? But the basics message flows well and is quite relaxing. The spa water is delicious. The central shared pool has a nice breeze and view. The sauna was a little cramped, but the steam room is amazing. The cold plunge tub was not great. Overall it's a good spa. Not great, but good.

    Our experience was average at best. My wife and I had a couples massage here, but we’ve had much better experiences elsewhere for a fraction of the cost. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet our expectations.
