  I visited this store on February 9 at approximately 7:30 p.m., about 30 minutes before closing, intending to purchase cosmetics. I asked to view a few products kept behind the counter so I could make an informed purchase. The associate behind the counter (an older woman) was openly rude and dismissive. I was told there were no samples, no testers, and that the product could not be shown, opened, or demonstrated in any way because it was “the last one.” When I politely asked if she could at least show the product, I was told I could not remain at the counter. Another employee stood at the register packing items and made no effort to assist. Overall, the staff was unattentive, unprofessional, and unwelcoming, despite the store still being open for business. Selling cosmetics while refusing reasonable customer assistance and preventing basic product inspection raises concerns under California Business & Professions Code §17200, which prohibits unfair business practices that interfere with a consumer’s ability to make an informed purchase. Discouraging customers from viewing products and creating a hostile retail environment is unacceptable. I left without making a purchase. Management and corporate should review security camera footage from that evening and address employee conduct and training. Until then, I do not recommend this location.

  They mostly have mac, Clinique, and estee lauder products here. I dont think the selection is that good compared to the location in orange mall.

  中國店員騙人有使用折扣，明細上只顯示一般折扣價😡跟說的不一樣！回飯店才發現也沒辦法回去退了！
