- CPcarolina perezSep 26, 20265.0I had such a wonderful experience at Sephora in Burbank Empire! Ashley was so sweet, kind, and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me with a few samples of sunscreen and a spot serum. I truly appreciate her taking the time to help me and making me feel valued as a customer. Ashley provided such great customer service and was genuinely so pleasant to work with. Thank you so much, Ashley, for being so helpful and going above and beyond! Sephora is lucky to have you! 💕 Sincerely, Carolina

- SPS PSep 16, 20261.0THE WORST SEPHORA IVE EVER BEEN TO HERE . They ignored me for about 15 minutes just chatting away not even acknowledging me until I asked for help and even then no one came to help . Cashier has a bothered ugly attitude like it's annoying her to ring up the purchase and there was no line. They give you super dirty looks . One guy even turned around and headed the other way so he wouldn't help me . Awful service.
- TMTina MunjalAug 27, 20262.0Requested assistance with color matching for a tinted moisturizer that’s non comedogenic and non acnegenic. The staff member applied a product she insisted was both of those but turned out not to be. The Clean at Sephora label is not the same as non comedogenic unfortunately, and I had to show her online. The staff should be trained on this. I went to the ULTA next door and had a much better experience.
