- TMTina Munjal2 days ago2.0Requested assistance with color matching for a tinted moisturizer that’s non comedogenic and non acnegenic. The staff member applied a product she insisted was both of those but turned out not to be. The Clean at Sephora label is not the same as non comedogenic unfortunately, and I had to show her online. The staff should be trained on this. I went to the ULTA next door and had a much better experience.

- NSnova1017 skincareAug 6, 20261.0the reviews are right unfortunately. they racially profile you and are extremely rude. nobody says hi to you or checks in to see if you need assistance. also asked the cashier if she could order me a color you guys didn’t have i knew the shade i wanted but she asked me for the sku and i didn’t have it and she had me go online and look for it and at that point i might as well just order it myself than have to deal with attitude and laziness from the associates.
- JJJenniferJul 24, 20261.0this store’s can’t even hide their racism anymore. they were constantly following us around the store. the other reviews about this issue are correct. the staff is very selective on who they help and who they criminalized and racialize against. there are always other where our business will be welcome, like the one across this store were we were treated as decent human beings. don’t bother coming here. SHAME.
