  Incredible rude staff. Unfortunately this is the closest Salon Centric to me. I've gone to other locations the others are great . It trips me out because the same 3 rude ladies have been here for years. Twoish threeish years ago I got yelled at because I tried returning a product I had just bought wasn't used. It turned me off I stopped shopping at Salon Centric. Earlier this year I began shopping again . I really like the point system. It took me by surprise the same lady is still here lol. A few visits ago they tagged teamed and yelled at an innocent customer . The customer did no wrong she was classy she handled it well. I felt bad :( It's always something here I swear I can keep going from my own experiences and from what I've seen. Bitter miserable ladies. Watch out beware haha

  This review is for an old lady who is the cashier at this location . She is so unprofessional and mistake the client as her family member. I was looking for a hair color and went to many different stores and unfortunately no one didn’t have it. Decided to check this loc as well. As soon as i walked in she said if you are not member then you can get to the store, i mentioned im not member however im looking for a specific color , if you guys have it then i will become member and provide the license info. But she said that I am not allow to step into store. I again mentioned that im not buying anything, just checking for a specific color. she become out of control, raised her hand up and pointed the door and told me get out of here. I was in shock. Asked her for her name and she said “my name is not your business “. I still cant believe such a behavior.if you dont have nerve then dont work. Go home and rest. I dont accept such a rude behavior and will escalate this situation to higher position.

  Mayra Maria and Elyse are very helpful and knowledgeable.. I love going into the store to see their smiles .. they are always very welcoming!!!
