  This review is for an old lady who is the cashier at this location . She is so unprofessional and mistake the client as her family member. I was looking for a hair color and went to many different stores and unfortunately no one didn’t have it. Decided to check this loc as well. As soon as i walked in she said if you are not member then you can get to the store, i mentioned im not member however im looking for a specific color , if you guys have it then i will become member and provide the license info. But she said that I am not allow to step into store. I again mentioned that im not buying anything, just checking for a specific color. she become out of control, raised her hand up and pointed the door and told me get out of here. I was in shock. Asked her for her name and she said “my name is not your business “. I still cant believe such a behavior.if you dont have nerve then dont work. Go home and rest. I dont accept such a rude behavior and will escalate this situation to higher position.

  I love the customer service! Mayra, María and Elsy are the best ! Friendly and knowledgeable! Very happy with this store! Clean , plenty of products to choose from. They guide me when I have a question of products that I haven’t try yet because of course! I always buy my favorites ones! Sometimes people come in and they don’t have a license in the industry! and get upset because they can’t buy products in the store! So as a professional in the industry I appreciate that! That’s a store that takes care of professionals license in the industry! ONLY so happy client here for over 25 years! Thank you ladies for your hard work and dedication!

  The woman at the cash register was so INCREDIBLY rude!!! I went to a SalonCentric store in West LA with a friend of mine to buy color for my hair. So I was happy to find they had a store by my house. I looked up their website to make sure they had the color that I needed, and they did. When I went to the store to buy the product, the woman at the cash register asked me for my membership card. When I said I didn’t have one, she very rudely said they only sell to professionals. I had no idea, but she acted as if I was some sort of criminal. Their website doesn’t say anything like that and I went with a friend, so I thought it was open to the public. It is in a strip mall that looks like it’s open to the public, so I thought that it was. She grabbed the product off the counter and threw it down and gave me a very dirty look. Then she eyed me the entire time I walked to the door, making sure I left. Really?!?! I didn’t know that’s how this place works. But she didn’t have to be so rude about it! Horrible woman! Probably a miserable mess.
