I get so many compliments on my eyebrows mine are complicated since I have a scar through one and people can’t even tell once Penelope has worked her magic. Highly recommend her! In addition to being skilled Penelope is fun to hang with while receiving services. My Bestie and I intentionally schedule around the same time so we can hang.

Yvonne is always so knowledgeable and can answer any question I have about any product. Marbett is beyond amazing I have been going to her for about 5+ years and no one touches my eyebrows but her. She completely transformed my eyebrows and always leaves me very satisfied. I even got my husband to go to her for his cleanup and he never leaves disappointed. I highly recommend these girls if your in need of eyebrow waxing. Once you go with them you will always keep going back.

Each Benefit experience is unique to YOU and your needs. Your Brow &
Beauty Expert (BBE) will kick things off with an in-depth consultation to
ensure you walk out feeling (and looking!) great. Our personalized Brow
Mapping allows you to see which hairs need to go and which need
to grow to achieve I'm-actually-obsessed brows. At the end of the service,
your BBE will wrap things up by styling your brows, so you’ll be ready to
take ’em out and show ’em off.
WHAT IS BROW MAPPING?
Our personalized Brow Mapping technique helps find where the brow
should start, arch, and end, and spots any hairs that need to be removed.
This process ensures you’re not just getting any ol’ brow shape, you’re
getting the brow shape that’s right for you. Once you've mapped out your
shape, your Brow & Beauty Expert will work with you to achieve that shape
through a service, product, or both.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY UPCOMING BEAUTY SERVICE?
Brow Lamination services: If you have allergies to hair dye or perming
solutions, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
lamination service. Swing by your local Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Make sure you haven't had a brow lamination within the 6 weeks
prior to your appointment.
*48 hours in some countries
I’M RUNNING LATE. WHAT’S YOUR LATE POLICY?
We get it, things happen! We’ll do our best to accommodate. However, if
you’re more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, your spot may be
given to another customer.
WHAT AGE DO I NEED TO BE TO RECEIVE A BEAUTY SERVICE?
Refer to the age minimum when booking to see whether you’ll need a
parent or guardian present at the time of appointment to give consent for
the service.

Appointments are recommended, but we do accept walk-ins.
