I came here for a massage with my friend. We chose a 1-hour combo massage $70 dollar and 1-hour massage $60 .They are very professional. Lucky and Amy are awesome, I will definitely come back!

The massage was average, the service was average and not all that friendly. When I was finished, I had planned to give a $20 tip, but I did not get my $10 in change back, and I didn't have a $10 bill. She said she didn't have change. So she kept the $10 which I think was her plan all along. I really don't believe that there was no change, but who knows. Maybe I was the first customer of the day at 6 pm. I had to respond to the accusation of a false review from the owner here. 1. Overpriced. Sure, there are other spas in the area with the same pricing, but it is likely that the staff are more friendly, and the massage technique is better. 2. You can't possibly say that you accept cash if your establishment does not have two $5 bills or a $10 bill when you are given a $50 bill and a $20 bill for $60 dollars worth of service. That's no way to run a business. 3. When I was expecting an apology, I instead see an accusation of a false report. This is unacceptable. Did you investigate my claim with my massage therapist? I think you will find that I was truthful in my claim. 4. I've learned a valuable lesson, get your change before the massage starts. This is not the first establishment that has tried this practice of not providing change for the payment. 5. Your "observations of "your false accusations are baseless" and "Anyone with a bit of common sense can see that there’s an element of deceit involved in your comments" are not based on any factual evidence on your part and have nothing to do with common sense. You would do well to apologize and we can move on from this discussion. If you have staff that are not giving customers their change, you should look into that. It would be hard to tell the difference from my $10 in change and what would look a lot like a "tip". It wasn't a tip, it was an actual case of no change being given to the customer. I'm sure you have camera footage where this can be corroborated, if not by you, by law enforcement. I wish you well.

Price is reasonable but she charges you up front and asks for tip before service which to me isn’t good. Customer should decide on the tip after the service was done not before. She was very pushy about the tip and how much.
