  The massage was average, the service was average and not all that friendly. When I was finished, I had planned to give a $20 tip, but I did not get my $10 in change back, and I didn't have a $10 bill. She said she didn't have change. So she kept the $10 which I think was her plan all along. I really don't believe that there was no change, but who knows. Maybe I was the first customer of the day at 6 pm.

  Price is reasonable but she charges you up front and asks for tip before service which to me isn’t good. Customer should decide on the tip after the service was done not before. She was very pushy about the tip and how much.

  This massage parlor is located inside a clinic in Burbank. The environment is clean, and there’s plenty of parking space. I’ve been a regular customer here. Siya, Coco, Lucky, and Candy have all given me massages. In particular, my shoulders, neck, and waist feel much more relaxed. Overall, I’m very satisfied.

  I am so pleased with my experience here. Very relaxing environment and great prices. My massage left me feeling brand new. 10/10, do recommend.
