- CLCindy LeuckNov 12, 20221.0I went into the store looking for Hemp’s holiday lotion and the clerk gave me the strangest look! I asked her about the holiday lotion and she said something so fast and I told her I was wanting the lotion in the large bottle. Instead of coming out from behind the counter to help me, she just pointed down the aisle. Before that though she told me they were out of the large bottle. I go down the aisle and there’s one on the shelf! I lost my cool with her! I’m not proud of how I handled things but I am soooo tired of this generations attitude of “just do it yourself”! I was in sales and know that working with people is hard but you still have to be helpful! If you can’t even TRY to be helpful….get a different job! Anyway….I’ve never had that poor of service there and I hope that sales people can understand that THEY are the ones getting paid to help customers, we shouldn’t have to “just get it yourself”

SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
