This shop is a must visit ! Mel and Melanie were working and helped me find good smelling things to try and made my whole visit 10/10 😃 👌🏻 ❤️ they showed me how to get more out of my visit by using the app so easy for points 😄 I love that !

I've recently stopped coming in the last few years since I've had my babies and it was such a revelation to step back into a Lush. As a new mother, everything you do is for your kids. I'm finally at a place where I can do something for me, some self care, and Lush gave me that. The employee Becky, also a new mom, was so helpful and kind to me. She walked me through some changes and made the most excellent recommendations! I walked out with my classic favorites and a curieted selection of new favorites! I went home and took the time to take an everything shower (girls you know what i mean) and I've never felt better. The hubs also couldnt keep his hands to himself as a plus! I'm back to coming back once a month to restock and try more things. I will always support Lush and their messaging for life! Shout out to Becky!! You're the real MVP!
- DHDaniel HearnAug 8, 20261.0Watch out for this store the staff are very ignorant I left my bag full of cloths on the counter by accident I came back 30 min after realizing I left it and the manager told me yes we have it but a lady picked it up saying she showed a paper receipt when the store it was from only does text receipts. And I asked why didn’t you verify the receipt at least , and she said sorry it be like that . Very unprofessional never coming back !

I was warmly greeted by Marcy who was able to show me around and provide excellent recommendations. I picked a couple bath bombs that I think will be great gifts. I appreciate the service the employees provided.

I was looking for a gift for a friend and wasn’t sure which gift box would be the best choice. Kat was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. She took the time to explain the different options, answer my questions, and guide me toward the perfect gift set based on what I was looking for.
