    Made an appointment for my mother in law for her birthday,a cut and rejuvenating treatment. Extremely satisfied! Originally booked a more expensive treatment but the stylist Adriana recommended something more custom to what she needed, which was cheaper than I expected, and much better results,I almost thought she had colored her hair without me when I came back to pick her up that's how different it was,will be booking a similar experience for myself next month. Adriana your the best!

    I went to the salon for a haircut and I should have just left before the stylist (Suzy) even touched my hair. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she not only did not give me the style I asked for, she cut it different lengths on each side and did one layer without blending and only on one side. Then she kept burning my head with the blow dryer and when I told her I didn't like something she ignored me. I thought I liked it because she put so much product in my hair I couldn't see how bad the cut was until I got home and washed it. The whole experience was honestly terrible. Now it is so short I won't be able to fix it for months. I am disgusted.

    The day before my appointment, the front desk told me a stylist would call me back to schedule an appointment and they never called, I patiently waited several hours until their office closed. When I didn't hear from them, I looked online and was able to do it myself for the next day. When I arrived to my appointment the next day, the manager called my phone when I was 50 feet away from the front desk. She told me they don't offer the online services that they advertised to me. At first she was looking for excuses to say I was late for my appointment, but I was already there. So she took me back to the salon chair and continued to tell me they can't do my hair. Management and advertising is very outdated and rude! They had no intentions to keep my appointment when I showed up on time and they had alot of excuses without apology. The longer I talked with them the more excuses they came up with. They didn't even try to offer ANY alternatives or services or ANYTHING. Even if it would've taken 2 days to complete a hair service, I would've gladly paid and come back to finish next day, but there was no offer of any kind and no reasoning. If they really didn't want to take care of their customer, then they should've called me the day before or earlier that morning to cancel so I could've looked elsewhere. I'm an easy going person for the most part and this was handled so poorly. I'm glad now that they didn't do my hair, because I now know not to trust them. The day after this happened, then a different stylist called my number to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, I no longer trust this facility and more so the manager. Thanks, but no thanks. So sad.

    So we were recommended to go to JCPenney salon by a friend. We called and scheduled a same-day appointment and they put my daughter with the stylist named Tony. When my wife first arrived, Tony recommended a treatment for my daughter for an additional $30. My wife declined, saying all we wanted was the trim. The price of the trim was $35. This is what the stylist did to my daughter. She butchered her hair. It is completely uneven and a total waste of $35. I do not recommend anybody use JCPenney to cut hair. I can’t believe this person calls herself a stylist. I could’ve done a better job as her father .

    My first time visiting this salon and I will definitely be back. They were so nice on the phone and helped me get a last minute appointment before an unexpected business trip. Suzy was waiting for me at the entrance when I arrived and I felt pampered by her the entire time I was in her chair. My color and cut came out amazing! Thank you Suzy for helping me feel beautiful again.
