  I’m very disappointed I paid almost 800$ They didn’t let us par valet cause my car is to tall so I had to pay additional 50 for parking and walk to the hotel Then the pool was freezing and dirty The drinks we ordered were nasty so we didn’t dare to order food The spa looked good My massage was amazing but my husbands facial was unprofessional The steam room is basic The shower had mold on the door Toilet was dirty I feel heartbroken that I had taken my husband in his birthday to such an awful experience The west lake location is far more better Rip off

  Our spa stay at the Beverly Wilshire was absolutely fabulous—luxurious, effortless, and exactly the kind of glamorous girls’ getaway we were hoping for. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, and the entire experience felt polished without ever feeling stuffy. Huge kudos to Remus, who made booking and coordinating our late arrival with our slightly crazy girl group completely seamless—he was patient, accommodating, and an absolute pro. Anthony at the pool was equally fantastic, making sure we had the perfect amount of shade, keeping the incredible drinks flowing, and checking in just enough to make us feel completely spoiled. And then there was Donna, who was an absolute doll and went above and beyond to securely store everything we couldn’t squeeze into the lockers. Her thoughtful help made getting to our flights on time completely stress-free, with easy access to our belongings when we needed them. The spa itself was gorgeous, serene, and the perfect escape from the bustle of Beverly Hills. Every detail—from the service to the poolside pampering—felt elevated and just like we were in Pretty Woman!

  I had one of the best, if not THE best massages here. My therapist, Nuch, was a 10/10. I would recommend her for anyone I tell about this spa. I had an amazing experience. The ambiance, the location, the staff was exceptional. I’ve found my new favorite spa here in Los Angeles.
