After every service, our tools are thoroughly washed, cleaned, disinfected, and sterilized. Once sterilization is complete, each set of tools is sealed in a self-sealing sterilization pouch to remain sanitary and protected until it's opened for the next guest. Your health, safety, and peace of mind are important to us, and we're committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and worry-free experience every time you visit.

Do you take walk-ins?

Yes, at Trill Nail Parlor, we gladly accept walk-ins whenever we have availability. However, walk-in wait times can vary depending on the day of the week, time of day, services requested, and the salon's current occupancy. Guests with appointments will always receive priority, but if we have an open spot, we'll do our best to seat you as quickly as possible, sometimes right away! For the shortest wait and guaranteed service time, we highly recommend booking an appointment in advance. But if your schedule is flexible and you're not in a hurry, feel free to stop by anytime. These situations can occasionally cause our schedule to run behind. Please know that we make every effort to stay on time and provide each guest with the attention and quality service they deserve. What time do you close?

Trill Nail Parlor is open until 7:00 PM Monday through Friday, 6:00 PM on Saturdays, and 5:00 PM on Sundays. However, our posted closing time is the time we stop accepting new appointments, not necessarily when we leave for the day. Our team often stays after closing to clean, sanitize, and prepare the salon for the next day to ensure every guest enjoys the best possible experience. If you need an appointment close to our closing time, please let us know. We are always happy to do our best to accommodate your schedule whenever possible.

Our Express Pedicure starts at $30, and Gel Polish can be added for an additional $15. Each pedicure is uniquely designed with different treatments, products, and levels of pampering, allowing you to choose the experience that's right for you. In addition, customers you may arrive late, add services, or require more time than originally anticipated, which can occasionally cause delays throughout the schedule. Please know that we do our very best to coordinate your services efficiently and minimize your wait time. How long will my nails or pedicure last?

Most nail and pedicure services should last between 10 days and 2 weeks, depending on the service and your daily activities. Gel polish typically lasts longer than traditional polish due to its added durability. At Trill Nail Parlor, we stand behind the quality of our work and offer a 10-day to 2-week guarantee on most services. If you experience any issues with your nails or pedicure during that time, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly review the situation and do our best to provide a solution that meets your needs and ensures your satisfaction.

Who will be doing my service?

We don’t assign nail techs ahead of time unless a customer requests a specific technician. Instead, assignments are based on a rotation system, and the tech available at the time of your visit. If you have a preferred nail tech, you’re always welcome to let us know either when you book your appointment or when you arrive, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
