I wonder if the employees do this to everyone or were just stereotyping me because I’m brown. I went in today on June, 26, 2026 and I couldn’t even shop in this store without feeling like I was being watched AND followed. Again I wonder if they do this to everybody, but who knows? If your workers are so paranoid about people stealing, then why don’t they have an employee stay by the door at all times for security, instead of having employees chase you around the store to make sure you’re not stealing? It just made me so uncomfortable ???

I should have asked for the employee’s name who helped me today because she was amazing! She was patient, gave me product recommendations, and a sample. I appreciate her willingness to help me.

Gabby working the front is rude and unprofessional and I will be writing a review to corporate as well. Most of this store needs more classes on professionalism and respect. If you can’t work well with people, Sephora isn’t for you.

I recently visited Sephora to return a product that caused a negative reaction on my skin after a single use. I understand Sephora has a 30 day return policy, and I arrived one day past the return window because I genuinely thought I was still within the 30 days.
What disappointed me most was the lack of empathy and customer service I experienced. While I understand policies exist for a reason, I was hoping for some understanding given that I was only one day late and the product was purchased in good faith. Unfortunately, the manager, Kassandra, was unwilling to offer any flexibility or alternative solution.
I have always appreciated Sephora’s reputation for customer service, which is why this experience was so surprising. I respect that policies must be followed, but a little compassion and willingness to help can make a big difference in how customers feel. Sadly, I left feeling unheard and disappointed.
