    I had the worst experience ever at this Sephora. I came in to purchase a matte lipstick by Fenty. When I walked into the store, there were two girls standing near the entrance, and neither of them greeted me or acknowledged me in any way. I eventually turned around and asked for help locating a specific matte lipstick. Before asking, I even had to ask the young lady if she worked there because she did not have a badge on. She looked me up and down and responded, “Yes, I do,” while pointing with her finger toward the back of the store near the register. When I got there, they did not have the lipstick I wanted, so I went back and asked if there was anything similar she could recommend. She told me to check the Huda Beauty section. I continued looking around, and still, no one approached me or offered assistance. Eventually, I saw her helping another customer, so I waited patiently. Once she finished, I asked if they had another color in stock. She checked underneath the cabinet and said, “We don’t have it.” I responded, “Okay, thank you,” and proceeded to hand her the lipstick back. She then said, “You can put it exactly where you found it at, hun.” I stood there in disbelief for a moment because I could not believe she refused to simply take the lipstick back. I politely said, “Excuse me,” but she continued walking as if she didn’t hear me. I said it again, and when she finally turned around near the back of the store, I politely asked for her name. She told me her name was “Lena.” I wanted to speak to the manager. Derek, the store manager, was out, but a very nice gentleman named Nick Felix came out to help me. I explained my entire experience to him with tears in my eyes because I was so frustrated and hurt by the way I was treated in the store. I described the associate who provided the poor customer service and informed him that she told me her name was Lena. Nick then informed me that her actual name was Jessica. That was a huge red flag to me that she lied about her name. I will never return to this store, and if I could give zero stars, I would. I will never spend my money here again because of the way I was treated. Please be aware of Jessica — blonde hair, shoulder-length hair, extremely rude, and very poor customer service skills. She may be better suited for a position where she does not have to interact with customers.

    Expected to have very long lines becasue its in a popular area. Has alot of selection for just about everything and customer service is excellent when it comes to skin care. The floor staff arent pushy with anythin and only ask if you seem to be lost or confused and honest of what they know or dont know

    Griselda was so sweet! She went out of her way to help me and find exactly what I needed! She volunteered herself to look in the back and see if they still had some in stock! I didn’t even have to ask. She was so kind and made me feel so welcomed and safe and was genuinely HAPPY to help! I’ve missed that kind of customer service! Thank you Griselda!

    I am not one to write reviews but when the service at a store you go too and spends hundreds of dollars at, should at least have decent customer service. Their use to be nice employees before and now everyone is gone. New employees are rude, have no knowledge about products and leave you to fend for yourself. Like they don’t care to assist instead they say just order it online. Like if wanted to order online I would have. Terrible service, Sephora please higher people who show enthusiasm about working there and have product knowledge as well as customer service skills.

    Esta tienda perdió un cliente nunca más regresó a este Sephora yo siempre compro mis productos y los mejores y no son económicos pero el trato que me dieron hoy no lo acepto espero y no les pase mi experiencia sólo que ría cambiar el producto que me regaló mi esposo y una de las trabajadoras no quiso cambiar el producto sabiendo que no servía espero y que no les pase lo mismo que a mí.
