- IMiluv makeupMar 30, 20231.0So disappointed with my experience today at this store. I shop on a weekly basis and have ALWAYS had the BEST customer service by Stephanie & Maria. However today I had a new girl help me by the name of Yolanda. She had the most awful attitude. She was so condescending and unprofessional while checking me out at the register and even had the nerve to yell at me when I asked her a question. Extremely disappointed CCS would hire someone like her to work at the store. She has a horrible attitude and ZERO customer service skills. I never leave reviews but this really was just too much.
- EBErika BanuelosAug 19, 20205.0First time visiting the store, and was kind of lost on which product to get from the specific brand, but one of the workers (I believe I overheard someone call her Samantha she had short hair and tattoos) was very sweet and helpful I’m not much of a shopper but she definitely made my experience above and beyond and she even added samples which was very kind of her, I will definitely be visiting here often for my beauty needs!!
